In due course by the constant effort of the members and the immense support rendered by the parents and public, the school grew to the present status.
The school never collects any capitation fee for admission. The school is named after the late M.Loganatha Mudaliar, the principal donor of the school. It has been a private unaided Govt., recognized Matriculation school since June 1984 and has been upgraded as Higher Secondary School from July 1991.
The school was started in 1974 by a few philanthropic minded and service oriented residents of Mamallan Nagar in a modest way in a rented building.
The School is managed and run as a registered society by the Executive Committee consisting of President, Vice-President, Correspondent – cum – Secretary, Treasurer, Joint – Secretary and Committee Members, all are rendering honorary service.
Aim
The aim of the institution is to impart excellence in academic standard with equal importance to extra-curricular talent in games, sports, arts, crafts, elocution, debating etc and thus prepare the children physically and mentally fit to enter into any walk of life.
Motto
The Motto of the school is “KNOWLEDGE IS DIVINE”.
